Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange/store credit.
We allow exchanges for incorrect sizing, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us prior to returning the product, so we can provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we understand not every style suits every body type, so we will gladly offer a store credit.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We charge a flat rate fee of $15 for all returns to cover postage costs to and from your location.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or store credit.
All sale items are final.
