Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer three options: 

Standard shipping: $10 Flat Rate Shipping - 5-7 business days.

Express shipping: $15 Flat Rate Shipping - 1-2 business days. 

Click & Collect: Free - 24-48hrs - pickup location is in Yatala, QLD. Please only attend to collect your parcel when you receive your "Order Ready" email. You will be required to book in a rough time slot before collection so we can ensure someone is available - details will be available in the email.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or shipping carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to update.
